He's got a plain brass or gold guan on his head, but the guan pin is adorned with teal streamers and brassy chains. He has more brassy chains on his head. His outer robes are held together by more chains and have tassels hanging from them. Overall he's very fancy and looks like he's sizing you up to see if you're going to annoy him.
